Funding Secured

Over $30MM in pledges from neighborhood developers/businesses, City impact fees and the 2020 bond.

Clubhouse HRE Approval

Final HRE (Historical Research Evaluation) was accepted by the Historic Preservation Staff in the spring of 2017. We received CEQA clearance for current design in June 2022.

Design Plans

Fletcher Studio and Jackson Liles Architecture designed an ingenious project that creates new open space and also allows more efficient use of the current recreational fields and playgrounds.

FOJP Non-Profit Formed

FoJP received their IRS determination letter in Aug. 2018
